Every member on your health plan above the age of two years needs to complete a Health Check.
Adults must complete an in-person Health Check.
Blister Packaging (R140 P/M)
It’s a pop out system, meaning that once the blister seal is broken, it cannot be refilled Greatly improves compliance Blistering is foil, ensures correct temperature of medication, encourages compliance.
Dosage instructions, and special precautions are attached to each blister, prevents referral to a Dosage guide which becomes an administrative nightmare. Schedule 5 items are highlighted in Red.
