Detailed description of goods and/or services
Sparkport Pharmacy is a business in the Pharmaceutical industry that provides affordable and accessible health care to all.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours and delivery confirmed by way of email.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Sparkport Pharmacy is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Sparkport Pharmacy will refund the client
in full within 30 days.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee.
(Policy Regarding Damaged Goods)
- Inspection Upon Delivery:
- Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, take clear photographs before opening it.
- Reporting Damaged Items:
- Report any damaged items to our customer support within 24 Hours of receiving your order. Include detailed information about the damage and attach the photographs taken during the inspection.
- Contacting Customer Support:
- Reach out to our customer support team via email (online@sparkport.co.za) with the subject line “Damaged Goods – Order #[Your Order Number].” Provide your order details and a clear description of the damage.
- Return Process:
- Follow the instructions provided by our customer support team for returning the damaged items. This may include returning the entire package or only the damaged items.
- Verification Process:
- Our team will review the information and photographs provided. Once the damage is verified, we will proceed with the next steps, which may include a refund, replacement, or exchange.
- Refund or Replacement:
- Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a refund for the damaged items, send a replacement, or provide you with an alternative solution. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction.
- Shipping Costs:
- We may cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and, if applicable, provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Timeframe for Reporting:
- Damaged items must be reported within 24 Hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Customer Privacy policy
Sparkport Pharmacy shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners, or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Sparkport Pharmacy bank account, the
details of which will be provided on request. We also accept card-on-delivery & In-store Payments.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Sparkport Pharmacy via PayGate (Pty) Ltd which is the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no Card details are stored on the
website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Sparkport Pharmacy separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Sparkport Pharmacy takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa.
Variation
Sparkport Pharmacy may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
