The Sparkport Pharmacy Rewards Program offers discounts on selective items. In-store customers use their phone number, while online customers receive a member number via SMS for checkout.

ELIGIBILITY: Only individuals 18 years of age or older are eligible to participate in this program.

Discounts apply only to eligible items as determined by Sparkport Pharmacy. Not all products are eligible for discounts. To receive discounts, in-store customers must provide their registered phone number at checkout.

Online customers must use the member number sent to them via SMS.

Sparkport Pharmacy reserves the right to modify eligible items, discount amounts, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

Enrolment is free and limited to one account per phone number.

By participating in this program, you agree to the full terms and conditions of the Sparkport Pharmacy Rewards Program, available on our website or in-store.

Personal information, including phone numbers, collected in connection with the rewards program will be used in accordance with Sparkport Pharmacys privacy policy.

Discounts cannot be applied to past purchases and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

Sparkport Pharmacy is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect phone numbers or card numbers provided at checkout. Please ensure your information is correctly entered.

Discounts are applied at the time of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

Sparkport Pharmacy reserves the right to verify the age of participants and may request proof of age at any time. Online customers are responsible for the security of their SMS-received card number. Report any unauthorised use immediately. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Limitation of Liability: Sparkport Pharmacy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Program or any rewards provided. This includes, but is not limited to, delays of payment and expiation of discounted price, and errors or delays in processing transactions.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Program will be resolved exclusively in the courts of South Africa.
