Our magnesium effervescent tablets replace Potassium, Calcium, Sodium, and Magnesium in the body to ease muscular discomfort and muscle cramps. CrampEase Fizzy conveniently dissolves in water and is ideal for athletes to take on the go whilst taking part in endurance races.
DIRECTIONS
Non-specific Cramps: Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 250 ml water and drink after a meal.
Demanding Sports Event: Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 250 ml water 30-45 min before the start of the event.
